Warner has unleashed the latest and most plot-driven trailer for the Watchmen yet. For those who never laid eyes on the DC Comics graphic novel, like myself, the trailer gives the film a purpose beyond looking “cool.”
Opening week sales will no doubt be huge based solely on the look and effects work alone. Whether Watchmen can carry its story as strong as director Zack Snyder’s previous blockbuster 300 is the multi-million dollar question.
