We’ve known it was coming and now it’s official: Telltale Games is bringing both The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us to the new-gen PS4 and Xbox One consoles later this year.
For The Walking Dead, Telltale is releasing the Season 1 “Game of the Year” edition and Season Two as two separate disc-based titles on Xbox One and PS4. They are also expected to be available as digital downloads at the same time.
The Wolf Among Us will be released as a “Telltale Games Series” so you get all four chapters of the incredible game on one disc.
Additionally, Telltale Games is releasing The Walking Dead: Season 2 and The Wolf Among Us as retail disc releases for Xbox 360 and PS3.
With this morning’s announcement, I’d place the likelihood of Game of Thrones and Borderlands from Telltale Games showing up on Xbox One and PS4 at “highly likely.”
There’s no precise release date for any of these Telltale Games series disc-based games, but we’ll be certain to pass them along when they are announced. Check out all the cool new covers below.
