Sony today revealed the final cover art and logo for Insomniac Games’ Resistance 3, coming exclusively to Playstation 3 this holiday season.
To create the retro-styled new logo, Insomniac Games commissioned popular British artist Olly Moss. His unique designs have made their mark in the movie poster business, and now Olly’s foray into the gaming world should prove to be as equally successful. The Resistance 3 logo artwork depicts a Chimera skull with the skyline of New York City serving as its teeth. In the game, hero Joesph Capelli will traverse the 1957 Chimera-occupied United States to reach his ultimate goal of New York and try to save mankind.
Sony will be releasing the Resistance 3 demo on June 14 exclusively in specially marked packages of Battle: Los Angeles on Blu-ray.
