Road and Track Magazine has published the first picture of Tony Stark’s race car as seen in Iron Man 2.
The Stark Industries-sponsored car is sitting on a track built to resemble the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique held in Monte Carlo. No telling if Tony has made any “special” modifications or not but I would not be phased if this ride has a little extra under the chassis.
If you match this image with Paramount’s official Mickey Rourke as Whiplash picture you have what will likely be the set-piece for the first showdown between the superhero and super villain. Something tells me Robert Downey Jr. will be on the losing end of this race.
Iron Man 2, set for release on May 7, 2010, co-stars Don Cheadle, Samuel L. Jackson, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Scarlett Johansson.
