The first trailer and preview for True Blood: Season Three starring Anna Paquin debuted tonight during the season finale of Vampire Diaries. Not long after, it mad its way online faster than Bill coming to the aid of his Sookie in distress.
Though the trailer is only 30 seconds long, there are some scenes which might be considered spoilerish if you haven’t read the Sookie Stackhouse novels and want to go in oblivious to what comes next. It will be hard to avoid the fact that a certain furry creature mentioned but not featured in the first two seasons will be making a lasting impression and can even be spotted in the trailer.
True Blood: Season 3 kicks off 12 all-new episodes on Sunday, June 13 exclusively on HBO. Season Two arrives on Blu-ray Disc and DVD Tuesday, May 25.
