Who needs to wait until E3 2010 for some big game reveals? Certainly not Sony who last night on Spike TV released a part cut-scene, part gameplay trailer for Guerrilla Games’ upcoming PS3 sequel Killzone 3.
The Killzone 3 trailer is set on a map called ‘Frozen Shores’ which features cliffs, a Helghast refinery / installation, and blustery weather with some scattered snow showers. If that weren’t enough there are vehicles, neck-snapping melee kills and the too cool new jet pack in action. This is likely the map that will be playable at E3 next week.
We’re pinning our hopes on Sony revealing a release date for Killzone 3 since they haven’t been shy about releasing game assets prior to the show. There has to be something “else” up their sleeve to share regarding this Playstation 3 exclusive, right?
