Previewing Eric Stoltz’ Back to the Future footage helped drum up some great publicity for Universal’s Back to the Future Trilogy on Blu-ray. Taking a page from that same train of thought, Fox has cracked open the lid on their upcoming Alien Anthology Blu-ray set and revealed Sigourney Weaver’s never-before-seen Ripley screen test.
Weaver’s experience headed into this test was relegated to a pair of small roles in Annie Hall and Madman. It’s quite amazing how calm, collected and confident she is in this dramatic scene; in a nutshell already the Ripley we all know and love.
