Lionsgate today announced Wes Craven’s Scream Trilogy of films is coming to Blu-ray Disc on March 29. The release date is timed to coincide with the April 15 theatrical debut of Scream 4.
Each Scream film on Blu-ray will be available individually but not in a combined box set. Per Lionsgate, each film will include an “array of behind the scenes featurettes, audio commentaries by Craven and deleted scenes.” Video will be presented in 1080p and audio in 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
Amazon is already taking pre-orders for each Scream film on Blu-ray priced at $17.99, a couple bucks less than the $19.99 SRP.
