A gaping hole in Playstation 3’s gaming experience will be plugged next week with the rollout of the long-awaited DUALSHOCK 3 PS3 controller.
The DUALSHOCK 3 controller will not only bring rumble functionality to PS3, but will also maintain the SIXAXIS motion-controls. One DUALSHOCK 3 controller will retail for $54.99.
Following in June, Sony will release a new limited edition bundle package including the DUALSHOCK 3 controller, an 80GB Playstation 3 console, and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. This sweet package will set you back a cool $499.
Nearly 30 titles will feature DUALSHOCK 3 compatibility, including some older favorites like Heavenly Sword that will be updated via the Playstation Network.
