The new The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 trailer is initially full of hope and a bright future. When it turns sour, Kristen Stewart’s make-up artist gets busy.
This latest trailer begins with the wedding between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson). It’s a joyous occasion, though clearly Bella’s nervous. And Jacob (Taylor Lautner)? Well, clearly he’s jealous of the vampire getting the human.
Though the bed rocking honeymoon puts the lovebirds in their happy place, there are dangerous consequences to their act. Bella’s got a baby bump much sooner than she should. The baby inside her is making her look like she’s on death’s doorstep. Stuff that like that tends to happens when you get naked with a supernatural.
The wolves are pretty riled up in the trailer, and since I haven’t read the books, I don’t know exactly why. My wife does, but I’d just assume let it play out on film.
The final seconds are what fans are clamoring the most for right now, the infamous birthing scene. There are some quick glimpses of the act, but Bill Condon and Summit are continuing to keep the majority of it in the dark for now.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 opens in theaters everywhere on November 18.
