So far we haven’t seen much of the elder Jeff Bridges in promotional materials for Tron Legacy. We’ve seen his younger self on the game grid, but the “real-time” Bridges has mostly been represented in voice only.
Today Disney began the build-up to the big new footage reveal at Comic-Con next week by releasing this awesome new image of Bridges, beard and all. You can almost hear the trailer dialogue playing along with this scene. “Dad?” “Sam?” “Long time…” “…you have no idea.” Disney included this text with the image on Facebook. Is this from Sam’s point of view? Hmm.
For kicks I lightened up the image to get a better look at the background and what appears to be two figures, possibly guards of some sort. The original is on top.
