Can you smell the pine tar yet? The peanuts? The trough urinal? The start of MLB’s 2006 season is just around the corner signaling the kick-off of fantasy leagues, Summer heat and of course baseball video games. More specifically, the debut of next-gen baseball games.
This year’s Xbox 360 baseball slate is comprised of a lone entry in the form of Major League Baseball 2K6 from 2K Sports. The team at Visual Concepts has made some radical gameplay changes this year across all platforms, but the gorgeous clarity in these screenshots are available on Xbox 360 only. Not even a Yankee as the coverboy can keep us from getting jacked up for its release next month.
