Universal has released 13 new stills, including a few behind-the-scenes images, from Snow White and the Huntsman starring Kristen Stewart (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2), Chris Hemsworth (The Avengers), Charlize Theron and Sam Claflin.
In the second and darker of two Snow White-themed films coming theaters this year, the first being Relativity’s Mirror Mirror, Chris Hemsworth plays the Huntsman who is ordered to take Snow White (Stewart) into the woods to kill her once and for all. Instead, he befriends Snow White and together they set out to take down the Evil Queen (Theron) and end her reign.
Twilight fans will flock to Snow White and the Huntsman to see their Bella i.e. Kristen Stewart in a new high profile role. For everyone else, Theron’s intriguing interpretation of the Evil Queen as seen in the first trailer for Snow White and the Huntsman is thus far proving to be the main attraction.
In the new images below you’ll get to see the Huntsman leading the Dwarfs, Snow White unconscious in the snow after biting an apple, Sam Claflin as Prince William, and several shots of Charlize Theron looking delectably villainous as the Evil Queen.
Snow White and the Huntsman opens in theaters everywhere in just over three months on June 1.
