Online retailer Amazon.com has begun taking pre-orders for the Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray editions of Fox’s Ice Age: Continental Drift starring the voices of Ray Romano, Dennis Leary, Peter Dinklage, Queen Latifah, John Leguizamo, Aziz Ansari, Nick Frost and several other voice actors.
If there was ever any question about who the star of the Ice Age franchise is, the Ice Age: Continental Drift cover art provides a definitive answer. Acorn-obsessed Scrat is front and center on the Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray key art for Ice Age: Continental Drift while his co-stars take a backseat. Scrat is where the publicity push will be at.
I don’t have an Ice Age: Continental Drift Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray release date to share just yet. Figure it will drift into stores somewhere between late-October and mid-December.
Each Blu-ray edition of Ice Age: Continental Drift will also include the DVD and a digital copy.
