HBO’s The Pacific may have wrapped up its 10 episode run on television, but that isn’t waning interest in the show’s next destination.
Online retailer Amazon.com has begun taking pre-orders for The Pacific on Blu-ray Disc for the price of $69.99. Although there is no release date or mention of what else will be included in the set, strong pre-order sales have driven The Pacific on Blu-ray to the seventh spot in Amazon’s hourly Blu-ray bestsellers chart.
The expected time frame for The Pacific to land on Blu-ray is October or November. We’ll be sure to pass along all the juicy details as soon as they are made available to us.
