The first season of HBO’s new comedy series Bored to Death starring Jason Schwartzman, Zach Galifianakis and Ted Danson has been cleared to arrive on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on September 21.
Bored to Death follows a New York magazine writer who moonlights as an unlicensed private detective to take his mind off his own personal problems.
HBO will include all 8 episodes of season one on 2 Blu-ray Discs with 1.78:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Bonus features will include a guided tour of the New York sets by Jonathan Ames and Jason Schwartzman, a “Making of” piece and audio commentaries.
