The first trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows debuted at Yahoo! Movies this week and greatly expanded upon the first footage that premiered during the 2010 MTV Movie Awards last month with guests Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint.
The trailer reveals Warner Bros. marketing plan which is to promote the Deathly Hallows as a two-part event that begins in November and concludes next summer. The trailer is neither for Part 1 nor Part 2, but a combination of both.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 will arrive in theaters in 2D and 3D, IMAX and IMAX 3D on November 19. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 releases on July 15. 2011. Both parts were filmed simultaneously by director David Yates.
