Warner Bros. may have nixed 3D in next month’s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 but that doesn’t mean there won’t be alternative viewing options that add a little extra oomph and immersion.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 will be joining Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as the second Potter flick to be available theatrically with D-BOX Motion Effects in select theaters. You can check to see if a theater with special D-BOX seating is located near you at www.d-box.com. If one isn’t, look for D-BOX to find its way to the eventual Blu-ray Disc and DVD release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 in 2011.
Look for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint to fly into theaters on November 19.
