Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced a September 6 release date for the action thriller Hanna starring youthful Saoirse Ronan on Blu-ray Disc and DVD.
Hanna made over $57 million at the worldwide box office back in April off a budget almost half as much. The story about a young girl raised in isolation and trained to be a killer by her special ops father co-stars Eric Bana, Cate Blanchett, Jason Flemyng, Tom Hollander and Olivia Williams.
Hanna on Blu-ray will be presented in 2.35:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Bonus features include as many Blu-ray exclusives as not, making it clearly the version to own.
