Green Lantern Set Pics and Behind the Scenes Footage

The Green Lantern continues its lengthy production in the state of Louisiana and finally, after 80 days of shooting, the first behind-the-scenes footage has been released courtesy of ABC26 News.

The location is Lakeshore Airport which is doubling as Ferris Air headquarters and airfield for the film. Director Martin Campbell is working in a scene that will appear early on and feature young actor Gattlin Griffith, rumored to be playing the younger version of Ryan Reynolds’ Hal Jordan aka The Green Lantern character. It is at this same airport where Hal will follow in the footsteps of his father and become a test pilot.

The big Green Lantern footage reveal is expected to come later this month at Comic-Con. Everyone’s fingers are crossed for a shot of Reynolds in the full CGI Green Lantern suit.
