The first season of Fox’s new drama Lie to Me appears to not only be headed towards a possible second season but also a run on Blu-ray Disc.
A new Amazon.com listing indicates Lie to Me: Season One is coming to Blu-ray later this year though without a Fox announcement no other specifics are available at this time.
Unlike other ongoing Fox shows recently announced for Blu-ray such as 24, The Unit, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Lie to Me will benefit from starting its Blu-ray run at the series’ beginning like Dollhouse and Fringe are. This Blu-ray release trend will likely continue for all new male-skewed Fox shows moving forward.
Lie to Me stars Tim Roth from The Incredible Hulk fame as a doctor who acts as a living lie detector by picking up on human nuances and tendencies during interviews and interrogations.
