Holy cover art, Batman! Today we’ve got am exclusive early sneak peek at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment’s upcoming special release of Batman: The Movie on Blu-ray Disc.
We originally announced Fox’s plans to release the 1966 Batman film on March 25. Per the announcement, Fox will present Batman: The Movie in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Lossless Audio. In addition, Fox will include an isolated score in 5.1 DTS-HD Master Lossless Audio, a first for Blu-ray Disc.
All new supplemental features include a trio of featurettes shot and presented in high definition; a 360 degree navigational tour of the Batmobile; and the aforementioned isolated score in lossless audio.
Additional supplemental features include two commentary tracks, two additional featurettes, a 360 degree tour of the Batmobile, mapping the movie, a pop-up trivia track, and multiple trailers.
