Edward James Olmos has joined The Green Hornet cast and will be shooting his scenes in an unknown role very soon.
The news comes from The Hollywood Snitch who caught up with the Battlestar actor and director at the Wizard World Chicago Comic-Con over the weekend. “I’m on my way to do The Green Hornet,” Olmos offered. “It’ll be a lot of fun with Seth Rogen, Nicolas Cage and Cameron Diaz.”
Olmos’ casting comes just after Taiwanese actor Jay Chou stepped into the role of sidekick Kato following the departure of Stephen Chow. Look for The Green Hornet to hit theaters sometime next year.
