Nintendo today announced at their E3 Keynote Address that ‘Mario Kart Wii’ is currently in development and expected in stores sometime in early 2008.
There’s two important things to know about the next-gen debut of ‘Mario Kart.’ First, the game will be playable online, a first for the series. Second, a small steering wheel accessory temporarily dubbed the “Wii Wheel” will be released the same time that, when a Wii Remote is plugged into it, becomes a wireless steering wheel controller.
