Touchstone and Buena Vista Home Entertainment have announced the everyday man comedy Dan In Real Life, starring Steve Carell, will released simultaneously on DVD and Blu-ray Disc on March 11.
Buena Vista will present Dan In Real Life on Blu-ray Disc in widescreen 1.85:1 1080p video and PCM 5.1 uncompressed 48kHz/24 bit audio.
A suite of special features will be identical between the DVD and Blu-ray Disc versions. Included are deleted scenes with commentary by writer/director Peter Hedges; Real Life outtakes; Just Like Family: The Making Of Dan In Real Life; Handmade Music: Creating The Score; and a feature-length audio commentary with writer/director Peter Hedges.
Dan In Real Life will carry an SRP of $34.99. Check back regularly for high resolution cover art featuring Dan’s head resting uncomfortably in a stack of pancakes.
