Marvel’s Thor is expected to make a big splash at Comic-Con this week and the foreplay leading up to the big footage reveal continues with yet another new image from the film.
Jumping back to Earth from Asgard this time around we find Thor in civilian clothes wielding the mighty Mjolnir with some seriously big arms. We knew Chris Hemsworth buffed up for the role but this is the first good look at just how much muscle he packed on for the role. Take that, Taylor Lautner.
Looking at the Thor movie timeline we can surmise that this scene comes after Thor locates Mjolnir which, as the end of Iron Man 2 suggests, is in the hands of S.H.I.E.L.D. Hopefully something brilliant happens when Mjolnir strikes that mound of muck.
