A pair of Avengers swung by Hasbro’s New York Toy Fair showroom to check out what their characters look like in shrunken down plastic form.
The interesting thing about these images released by Hasbro of Chris Evans (Captain America) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor) is neither of them look quite physically ready to begin filming Marvel’s The Avengers movie in a couple months. Evans looks more like Steve Rogers pre-Super Soldier Serum than the ripped Captain America. Hemsworth is missing the long locks he’ll be sporting when Thor opens in theaters this May.
It’s still cool to see the duo holding the toy versions of their signature character weapons in the same shot. Though Cap’s shield looks a little bit on the small side to effectively take on Hydra.
