Buena Vista Home Entertainment has announced ‘Invincible (2006)’ and ‘Pearl Harbor’ will make up their December Blu-ray Disc slate. Neither extra features nor disc specs are available for either titles as of yet.
We had suspected for a few months that ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl’ would wiggle into December, especially with the debut of its sequel on DVD December 5. It’s absense is a surprise, as is the day-and-date release of ‘Invincible’ on Blu-ray and DVD – the first such coupling from the studio. This news bodes well for new Buena titles in 2007.
‘Invincible (2006)’ and ‘Pearl Harbor’ on Blu-ray Disc will each carry an SRP of $34.99.
