Lionsgate has issued a press release confirming the hotly anticipated The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 trailer will debut theatrically attached to all prints of The Hunger Games beginning March 23.
As with many big event trailer premieres, a short preview of the Breaking Dawn Part 2 trailer will be released three days prior on March 20 at 6am EST. I wouldn’t expect the sneak peek to run any longer than 10 seconds, but you can bet we’ll pass it along when it’s available.
As part of the Breaking Dawn Part 2 trailer teaser announcement on Twitter earlier today, Lionsgate shared the first official still from the film featuring Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen and the back of Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan’s head. It’s not much and Taylor Lautner fans won’t be thrilled, but I know you Twilight fans love anything new so here you go.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 concludes the Twilight films (unless more are whipped up, which is a distinct possibility considering the franchise’s success) when it arrives in theaters and causes mass hysteria on November 16.
