It’s the definitive Star Trek: The Original Series Blu-ray set and now is a great time to grab it while it’s on sale, as evidenced by the fact that it is currently the top selling Blu-ray at Amazon during this one-day sale.

The second Star Trek Blu-ray deal is for Star Trek: The Next Generation Motion Picture Collection. This set includes First Contact, Generations, Insurrection and Nemesis for a price of only $19.49 or 66% off the $57.99 list price. You’re basically paying less than $5 per Star Trek film and that’s not a bad deal at all. It currently sits in the number four spot on Amazon’s bestsellers sales chart for Blu-ray.

As both of these Star Trek Blu-ray sales are part of Amazon’s Gold Box Deal of the Day, the sales price will revert back to the original price at midnight tonight PST. It’s highly unlikely that Amazon will discount either as much as they are today for the remainder of the 2013 holiday shopping season.
