The second and unfortunately final season of Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse has gone up for pre-order on Blu-ray Disc and DVD at online retailer Amazon.com.
Fox wrapped up broadcasting Dollhouse starring Eliza Dushku earlier this year after the show was canceled due to poor ratings in its dreaded Friday night time slot. It should follow the pattern of season one and arrive in stores in either August or September. By then, Dollhouse creator Whedon should be up to his elbows prepping the live-action version of Marvel’s The Avengers which begins shooting early next year.
The actual release date, bonus features and cover art for Dollhouse: Season two on Blu-ray will be shared when available.
