Activision Dates ‘Call of Duty 4,’ Confirms Bond Game in the Works

In conjunction with the Leipzig German Games Convention 2007, Activision today announced ‘Call of Duty 4’ on Xbox 360 and Playstation will arrive in stores worldwide on November 5.

In addition, the company confirmed development is currently underway on a new James Bond franchise by developers Treyarch, Beenox and Vicarious Visions. The game will most likely tie into the release of the second James Bond film with Daniel Craig in the starring role. The untitled game is expected to appear on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and other unidentified gaming platforms.
