Production on Transformers 3 in the windy city moved to the LaSalle Street Bridge this past weekend to film what could be one of the final scenes of Transformers 3.
In the video (seen below) that someone shot of the filming and shared on YouTube, Sam (Shia LaBeouf) and Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley) embrace and lock lips while clearly beaten down but victorious NEST soldiers walk by. Behind them is a smoldering car and the aftermath over what is considered to be the film’s climax; a massive battle between Autobots, Decepticons and NEST soldiers for control of Chicago and possibly the entire planet.
With Transformers 3 having such a “public” shoot in Chicago, it will be interesting to see what surprises are left when these scenes come together with giant CGI Transformers in the final cut.
