X-Men godfather is at it again with his juicy teases, this time showing us a first glimpse at the X-Men: Apocalypse script to whet our appetite and inform us that the first draft of the script is complete and likely has been turned into Fox.
Rather than simply take a snapshot at part of the script title, Singer has cleverly cropped the X-Men: Apocalypse script image to show pieces of the opening scene description. Based on that description it appears as if X-Men: Apocalypse will begin where the X-Men: Days of Future Past post-credit stinger left off, thousands of years in the past when Apocalypse and the Four Horseman roamed the earth.
In fact, the final line of the script tease clearly prints, “FOUR HORSEMAN,” and they of course were shown as shadowy figures off in the distance of the post-credit stinger.
X-Men: Apocalypse arrives in theaters on May 27, 2016, and will be set in the 1980s. Bryan Singer returns to direct, obviously.
