Today Ubisoft released new Watch Dogs single player DLC content for all available platforms including Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, PS3 and PC. The Wii U version of Watch Dogs has yet to be released.
The new Watch Dogs DLC includes three single player missions, new weapons, perks and bonuses. The weapons include the Biometric Rifle and the Auto-6 pistol. The Biometric Rifle is only available after completing the Signature Shot mission. It will only work with Aiden as the grip is mapped to his fingerprints. The Auto-6 pistol performs as it is named, firing off bursts of rounds in short order.
Among the new perks and bonuses are the Dedsec Battery Boost to replenish a phone battery; the South Chicago outfit; a Blume Weapon Boost for faster reloads and less aggressive recoil; a Driving Master boost for improved vehicle hit points; and an ATM Hack boost that yields more cash when cracking into those ATMs.
The three single player missions are as follows:
- The Palace Single Player Mission: A police raid is planned on the luxury palace of an Internet mogul. His databanks have intimate details on thousands of people including Dedsec and Aiden Pearce. Break inside, wipe his hard drive and escape before the raid begins. Then silence the Internet mogul.
- Signature Shot Single Player Mission: A biometrics weapon has been smuggled into Chicago for a captain of the Black Viceroys gang. The weapon only works with the first person to imprint his palm on the handle. Breach a stronghold, steal the package and be the first to imprint the weapon.
- Breakthrough Single Player Mission: A secret gathering is underway. The Chicago South Club is negotiating power with Corporate CEOs. The Club has hired scramblers to block surveillance devices. Find the scrambler vehicles and take out their technicians. Locate the meeting and eliminate everyone taking part.
Pricing for the Watch Dogs single player DLC pack is $6.99, while Season Pass holders were able to access it as part of their $19.99 package a week ago.
