One of the family-friendly games designed exclusively to take advantage of Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers is Snipperclips – Cut it out, together! The simplistic-yet-involved game has been making the rounds during Switch preview events and the reception has been generally positive.
Exactly a week before Nintendo Switch’s launch is when Nintendo decided to announce that Snipperclips – Cut it out, together! will be a March 3rd launch title. Pricing is set at $19.99 and the game will be available exclusively through the Nintendo eShop via Switch.
Snipperclips – Cut it out, together! will support up to four players but will require additional Joy-Cons from a separate Switch console to fill out the third and fourth players.
Nintendo wants to sell as many copies of Snipperclips – Cut it out, together! despite overwhelming competition from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. To do so they will release a free Snipperclips – Cut it out, together! demo on March 3rd, the same day the game and console are released.
