The CW’s The 100 continues to captivate and as long as it does, you’ll get to keep building your library of The 100 Blu-ray or DVD releases.

I can now confirm The 100 Season 4 Blu-ray and DVD is set for release on July 18th. Note that the Blu-ray edition is exclusive to online retailers such as Amazon.com.
