An F-ininity tornado is on the rampage in Into the Storm, a modern day version of Twister that will be spinning its way to Digital on October 28 and to Blu-ray and DVD three weeks later on November 18.
Into the Storm stars Richard Armitage and Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead) and takes place during an eventful day in the town of Silverton where a group of bad luck storm chasers strike the mother load while filming a documentary. It played to over $152 million at the worldwide box office with much of the gross coming from overseas business.
Warner Bros. announced the Into the Storm home video release on social media so I don’t have the full details to share as of yet. Those will be passed along as soon as they are available. Rest assured subwoofers will get a workout from the tornado action when this one does makes it high definition debut on Blu-ray and Digital HD.
