Director Antoine Fuqua’s The Magnificent Seven remake starring Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Vincent D’Onofrio, Byung-Hun Lee, Martin Sensmeier and Peter Sarsgaard will be ready to watch at home before the Christmas break begins.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced The Magnificent Seven (2016) 4K UHD Blu-ray with Dolby Atmos audio, Blu-ray with Dolby 7.1 TrueHD audio and DVD release date falls on December 20th. If another month is too long to wait then you can grab The Magnificent Seven Digital HD version two weeks earlier on December 6th.
The Magnificent Seven remake was a fall release theatrically and matched its production budget of $90 million at the domestic box office. When you toss in international ticket sales the gross earnings jump to $160.4 million.

The big bonus feature exclusive to Blu-ray and also included in the 4K combo pack is ‘Vengeance Mode.’ Activating this mode will trigger Washington, Pratt, Hawke and other actors chiming in to discuss key scenes in the film along with Fuqua. Think of it as a video commentary that plays along with the film.
