‘M3GAN’ Unrated Gets Blu-ray and DVD Release Date with Bonus Features

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment have set a February 24th release date for the hit horror movie M3GAN on Digital. It will be followed by a Blu-ray and DVD release on March 21st. Both versions will include theatrical and a new M3GAN Unrated cut to enjoy.

Pre-order M3GAN on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital combo at Amazon for a discounted price.

Unfortunately M3GAN will not be available to own on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray despite blowing away expectations with over $167 million worldwide. That could change in the future when the already announced sequel is released on home video as there’s always a chance.

M3GAN Unrated promises “more distressing violence and profanity,” though we don’t have a runtime to share at this time.

A trio of bonus features dig into the making of M3GAN including how the killer doll was brought to life.

  • A New Vision of Horror – Filmmakers and cast break down how the world of M3GAN was created, including the initial idea, through production under the leadership of director Gerard Johnstone
  • Bringing Life to M3GAN – See how animatronics, puppets, and actor Amie Donald helped make M3GAN as real as possible
  • Getting Hacked – A behind-the-scenes look at how cast and crew accomplished some of the film’s complex stunts and gory deaths

M3GAN is directed by Gerard Johnstone and stars Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, and Ronny Chieng.
