Warner Home Video has announced the familial courtroom thriller The Judge starring Robert Downey Jr., Robert Duvall, Vera Farmiga and Billy Bob Thorton has a Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD release date of January 27, 2015.
The Judge brought a lot of star power to cinemas earlier this year,but the subject matter revolving around a big city lawyer who returns to his childhood home after his father is accused of murder, failed to attract big crowds. It opened to $13.1 million in October and has gone on to earn roughly $75 million at the worldwide box office.
Warner will bring The Judge to Blu-ray in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. The home video debut has a nice selection of bonus features including a commentary with director David Dobkin. All of the bonus features apart from the Dax Shepard one listed below are exclusive to the Blu-ray combo pack.
