In 1986, Howard The Duck stepped out of Marvel Comics and made his way to the big screen in full feathery live action. It made a mere $38 million at the box office and became somewhat of a cult classic in the ensuing years.
According to a new pre-order listing at Target, Howard The Duck will soon return and make his 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray debut on July 6th, 2021 via Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
Howard The Duck stars Lea Thompson hot off the success of Back to the Future, a young Tim Robbins, and Jeffrey Jones in a creepy villainous turn.
Universal will likely formally announced Howard The Duck on 4K UHD within the next 4-6 weeks, and we’ll share that full announcement once it’s made.
