Shailene Woodley awakens in the middle of the night to find a gruesome discovery in the first released Divergent deleted scene from the upcoming Blu-ray and DVD.
In the deleted scene, Tris (Woodley) awakens alongside other kids and soon realize that one of their own was attacked in the middle of the night. The scene is quite gruesome as the victim has a knife stuck straight through his eye and director Neil Burger made sure the framing for this scene didn’t hide that fact.
Sadly the scene was cut for the final film but is included on the Divergent Blu-ray and DVD.
Divergent is already available to own via Digital HD and will make its Blu-ray and DVD debut on August 5.
