Marvel and Disney Home Entertainment have set October 22nd, 2024 as the date when you will be able to hold and caress a physical media copy of the hit sequel Deadpool & Wolverine. 4K Ultra HD adopters will have a regular case and two SteelBooks to choose from, while Blu-ray shoppers will have a regular case and a Walmart exclusive set with a pop-up Deadpools interior.
You can opt to first watch Deadpool & Wolverine at home when the digital version drops October 1st i.e. next Tuesday.
The Deadpool & Wolverine 4K SteelBooks are designed to make you choose between Deadpool being featured on the cover, or his frenemy Wolverine. Disney would naturally prefer you choose both, but it will be interesting to see which one sells out first. Historically SteelBooks for high grossing genre films don’t last very long, often pre-selling out before they arrive.

The 4K presentation of Deadpool & Wolverine will feature Dolby Vision per the back cover art, a rarity for a Disney release, and Dolby Atmos audio.
