Scream Factory is continuing their series of classic monster movies with Deadly Mantis, set to make its Blu-ray debut on March 19th.
Deadly Mantis was originally released in 1957. It stars Craig Stevens, William Hopper and Alix Talton as they track a giant praying mantis from the North Pole south into the United States.
Expect Deadly Mantis to look as good as new with a 2k scan of the original film elements done specifically for the new Blu-ray release. A new audio commentary with film historian Tom Weaver and Dr. Robert J. Kiss has also been commissioned.
