The anchor is readying to drop one last time as the Starz pirate hit Black Sails will make its final voyage to Blu-ray and DVD later this summer.
Anchor Bay Home Entertainment has announced an August 29th release date for Black Sails Season 4 on Blu-ray and DVD. The Blu-ray edition will come packed with a Digital HD copy.
Black Sails stars Toby Stephens, Luke Arnold, Toby Schmitz, Hannah New, Jessica Parker Kennedy, Tom Hopper and Ray Stevenson. Set in and around Nassau, the series chronicles events leading up to the famous novel, Treasure Island, and the legend of Long John Silver.
Over forty minutes of bonus features will be split among five featurettes:
- “Inside the World of ‘Black Sails’” Featurette
- “Creating the World” Featurette
- “Roundtable: Women in Piracy” Featurette
- “Roundtable: The Legends of Treasure Island” Featurette
- “Roundtable: Fearless Fans” Featurette
