Arrow Video US have officially announced and confirmed their October 2020 Blu-ray releases. There are five titles total that run the genre gamut from horror to Sci-Fi to comedy, and all come stacked with bonus features.
Up first on October 6th is the horror film The Deeper You Dig. This is a limited release that will also include the short film The Hatred from the same husband and wife duo, John Adams and Toby Poser.

Kevin Smith’s Mallrats drops a week later on October 13th. This latest version should be a winner with brand-new restorations for both the theatrical and extended cuts approved by Smith and cinematographer David Klein.

Kôji Shima’s 1956 Sci-Fi flick Warning From Space also drops on October 13th. It includes a newly restored English dub and marks the first high definition release for the film in North America.

The first October 27th release is the horror film Cold Light of Day. This is a limited edition release with a brand-new 2K restoration approved by the film’s director, Fhiona-Louise.

1984’s Sci-Fi adventure classic The Last Starfighter wraps up the October Arrow Blu-rays, also on the 27th. It features a new 4K scan which makes me wonder if a 4K Ultra HD release is in the cards.
