Paramount is bringing Craig Brewer’s 2011 Footloose remake starring Kenny Wormald, Julianne Hough and Dennis Quaid to Blu-ray and DVD on March 6.
Footloose made just shy of $52 million at the domestic box office, well shy of the $80 million made by the original in 1984 but still above its modest $24 million production budget. It opened in second place the weekend of October 14 behind Real Steel.
The Blu-ray edition of Footloose will be offered in 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio and 1080 video, and will be packaged with the DVD edition as a combo release. Bonus features include:
