Activision and Treyarch have released a first look at ‘Escalation,’ the upcoming second DLC map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops. This trailer includes plenty of footage and voiceover from several members of the Treyarch development team.
‘Escalation’ includes four new maps: Zoo, Convoy, Hotel and Stockpile, each of which are revealed in the trailer. It looks like each map will include some moving objects like doors and working elevators. I’m somewhat partial to Zoo already as it has a unique look and terrain compared to a typical multiplayer map.
Treyarch is still not talking about ‘Call of the Dead,’ the fifth map that the developer promises will offer a new take on zombie combat. Look for more information on that closer to the May 3 release of ‘Escalation,’ initially exclusive to Xbox 360.
