After vanishing from several retailer listings and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s press website, the publisher has confirmed the upcoming ‘Meatballs’ Blu-ray Disc release has been indefinitely postponed. The standard DVD edition, however, will still be released this June.
We can only hope the decision to hold back ‘Meatballs’ was for marketing reasons only and the title will find its way back into the release schedule sooner rather than later. We’ll be sure to update you once news of a revised street date breaks.
